- Standardize and streamline construction and production processes
- Coach, mentor and train franchises in the start-up phase of the business and provide ongoing operational support
- Develop and refine carpenter training, recruiting and interview processes
- Consult franchisees on project design & pricing

I enjoy outdoor cooking, especially on the smoker. I enjoy woodworking, making furniture and other wood projects. As a family we like to go camping, kayaking and we love NHL and college football.
