Started working at Empower Brands in February 2022, and core priorities include:
- Consults with Archadeck offices on designs and estimates on a regular basis, focusing skills on hardscape and concrete installations.
- Works with Archadeck Franchisees to improve daily business operational efficiencies and drive sales.
- Provides ongoing performance evaluation, coaching, and strategic planning support.
- Coaching franchisees on business development, financials, and sales.
- Assisting Archadeck franchisees on design problems and solutions.
