At Archadeck Outdoor Living our support team works every day to ensure our franchisees receive all the help and support they need. Whether the franchisee needs help from our drafting & construction department, accounting, marketing or maybe a visit by our field support team; our World Class Support team works to ensure they have all the tools and resources needed to run a successful operation each year.
One of the most exciting support services we provide for our franchisees each year is our annual, mid-year and regional meetings. This year the Archadeck Regional Officers have decided to merge their regional meetings and hold one larger meeting for all Archadeck franchisees in Nashville, TN.
This year’s meeting will be held at the beautiful Gaylord Opryland Hotel. For two days franchisees from all over the country will meet and discuss their Archadeck operations focusing on new initiatives, trouble shooting through case studies and other topics that will help better the Archadeck franchise system.
Working with the Archadeck Field Support team and senior management, the Regional Officers have put together a great meeting agenda for their fellow franchisees, featuring sessions focused on “best practice sharing”, hiring practice information, sales role playing, increasing gross margins and business planning.
The support team out of Richmond is also thrilled to announce and begin training franchisees on the new web-based pricing tool, TALLY.
