The initial training program for Archadeck University is delivered by our team of franchise support professionals through a variety of mechanisms, including the following channels:
- Classroom training at our headquarters facility in Richmond, VA
- Field training in your local market
- Web-based training, including both recorded and interactive sessions
- Mid-year meetings with your fellow franchisees
- The Annual Meeting, which normally takes place in the January/February timeframe
Of course, once you are up and running, the training opportunities don’t stop there. During your first year of operation you will receive multiple field visits from Archadeck’s corporate support team to ensure that you are using the available tools, products and services to good effect.
We have well-respected, proven track record of business development and lead generation practices that multiple brands share. This includes guerrilla marketing tactics and strategies, referral marketing, home and garden shows, print advertising, and traditional lead generation activities such as targeted direct mail. We have also created an online strategy that provides our franchisees with the guidance and tools they need to maintain a strong local presence on the internet and across many inbound and social media marketing platforms.
Our marketing support team consists of experienced professionals who assist franchisees with the development of their annual marketing plans. We also identify which tactics and strategies are the right fit for each franchisee’s respected marketplace. Our team’s philosophy is to proactively research and recognize new advertising and marketing opportunities for our franchise system.

Drafting Department Support
Archadeck has assembled a team of experienced drafting professionals to provide support to our franchise owners. The Archadeck Drafting Department supports our franchise owners by providing beautiful and detailed 3D and 2D drawing packages that they can use during the sales process to help customers envision their design. Once a project has been sold the Archadeck Drafting team can then create detailed project plans that are drawn to local building code specifications which can be submitted for permitting. These services are offered for a nominal fee when compared to what the cost would be to have these drawings produced locally. We have also found that they are a time saving benefit to our franchisees and are a wonderful differentiator from most competitors in their markets.
